Payment Method

For online, phone, and fax orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards only. The billing name and address if different from the shipping address must match the credit card address for us to process the order. We accept money orders only for orders submitted by mail.

Ordering Online
In order for us to deliver your merchandise in the fastest way possible, we ask that you please be sure to fill out all required information accurately and completely. Once you have submitted your online order you will receive an order confirmation. Usually, the order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Ordering By Telephone
To order by phone, please have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information. Customer service is available for phone orders toll free Monday thru Friday at (800) 274 3727 from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central Standard Time.

Ordering By Fax or Mail
To order by fax or mail, please print or type your order information clearly and legibly on a separate piece of paper, together with your shipping address, billing address (if different), telephone number, credit card information, and signature. Or you may use our convenient order form, which can be printed out through the following link: printable order form (PDF File). You may, of course, also order online. Money Order payments (US only) are accepted only for orders submitted by mail. Payment must be included with the order information for us to process the order.

International Orders
For international orders, all charges are in US Dollars. Please also note that orders may be subject to duties according to the customs policies and regulations of the destination country. See below for information on international shipping and handling fees.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping
To destinations in the United States and US territories, standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping and handling charges are as follows:

USPS - United States

1-5 bottles $7.50 including insurance Priority mail

6-10 bottles $10.50 including insurance Priority mail

11-24 bottles $13.50 including insurance Flat rate Priority Mail

25-37 bottles $16.50 including insurance Flat rate Priority Mail


UPS OVERNIGHT (residential-in the U.S.)

1-5 bottles (1 lb) $37.25

6-10 bottles (2 lbs) $43.75

International Shipping
To international destinations, standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail when it is available.

1-5 bottles $18 including insurance Priority mail

6-10 bottles $21.60 including insurance Priority mail

11-24 bottles $37 including insurance Flat rate Priority Mail

25-37 bottles $37 including insurance Flat rate Priority Mail

PRL Inc dba FlorAlive does not guarantee delivery of international packages sent by standard or priority mail due to the fact that some countries may mistakenly class flower essences as herbal "medicines" or pharmaceuticals and deny their entry. This happens rarely, but may occur. In the unlikely event that this occurs, the included insurance normally would offset loss of the order.

Note: The above international shipping and handling rates apply to most but not all countries. We will inform you by email if additional charges are required.

Return Policy

All items must be returned unopened and in their original condition with a copy of the original invoice within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund (less shipping and handling fees). CUSTOM BLENDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Please return the item(s) with delivery confirmation (USPS) or choose a carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) that uses tracking numbers in order to verify delivery of shipment, as PRL, Inc. (dba FlorAlive®) is not responsible for return items lost during shipment. The product must be postmarked within 30 days of the product's arrival date to be eligible for a refund. Return postage is to be paid by the customer. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There are no returns on any discounted products.
